Here's what the Stars will be eating - The Hollywood Foreign Press Association on Thursday released its carefully-crafted menu for the awards ceremony at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, to be prepared by 40 chefs and 110 additional kitchen staff on show day, Jan. 13.
The entree dish will be smoked flat iron beef with grilled sweet pickled pepper and California olive oil orange Chilean sea bass with caramelized mint fennel kabocha pumpkin, yellow cauliflower, baby bak choy, and dill mashed potatoes. - CTpost.com
