there's no signs of trouble now, just the opposite! In just 3 days the 2009's Festival/Cinefest will usher in more than 200 films from 39 countries, events, fabulous Opening & Closing night parties, honorees Alfre Woodard and Jeff Daniels and many Q&A's with Actors and Filmmakers throughout the 12 days.

I ever so cordially brought this focus into the discussion at Patou and both men responded with grace and acknowledgment. Truly, I'm happy to see this addition to the PFF/Cinefest.
[Of particular note, Director Robert Townsend's "Phantom Punch" about boxer Sonny Liston]
As the A-List Magazine contributor during the past two Philadelphia Film Festival's, my reviews consisted of a "Round Up" after the event. This year, you can look forward to reading SMPT day by day film reviews and festival observations and experiences. And I look forward to your comments based on your Film Festival viewings and Toe ratings!
